  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Gravy

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2: Prepare the Hamburger Steaks

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined, being careful not to overmix.

Form the mixture into 4-5 oval patties.

Step 3: Sear the Patties

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sear the hamburger steaks for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned. Transfer the patties to a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 4: Make the Gravy

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux. Gradually whisk in the beef broth until smooth. Add Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Bring the gravy to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until thickened.

Step 5: Bake

Pour the gravy over the hamburger steaks in the baking dish. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the hamburger steaks are cooked through and tender.

Step 6: Serve

Serve the Amish Hamburger Steak Bake hot, with plenty of gravy spooned over each steak. Pair with mashed potatoes, buttered noodles, or a side of vegetables for a complete meal.

Cook Notes

  • Ground Beef: Use an 80/20 blend of ground beef for the best flavor and juiciness. Leaner ground beef can result in drier patties.
  • Breadcrumbs: You can use regular breadcrumbs or panko for added texture. For extra flavor, use seasoned breadcrumbs.
  • Gravy Consistency: If the gravy is too thick, add a bit more beef broth to reach your desired consistency.

Variations

1. Mushroom Gravy Hamburger Steak Bake

Add 1 cup sliced mushrooms to the skillet when making the gravy for a mushroom gravy version.

2. Cheesy Hamburger Steak Bake

Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese over the hamburger steaks before pouring the gravy on top for a cheesy twist.

3. Spicy Hamburger Steak Bake

Add 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the hamburger mixture for a bit of heat.

Serving Suggestions

  • Mashed Potatoes: Serve with creamy mashed potatoes to soak up the delicious gravy.
  • Buttered Egg Noodles: Pair with buttered egg noodles for a comforting and satisfying meal.

  1. Now recognising the editorial wisdom of letting some questions remain open at the end, and a look at crystalharbortradehouse continued that intellectual honesty, content that does not force closure on contested questions is content that respects the limits of knowledge and this site has clearly developed the maturity to know when to leave space.

  2. Closed the laptop and walked away thinking about the post for a good twenty minutes, and a stop at snowtrailartisanoutlet produced similar lingering thoughts, content that survives the closing of the browser tab is content that has actually entered the mind rather than just decorating the screen for the duration of the reading.

  7. Found the rhythm of the prose particularly enjoyable on this read through, and a look at alpinestoneoutpost kept that musical quality going across the related pages, sentence rhythm is something most blog writers ignore but it makes a real difference in how content lands with the careful reader who cares.

  8. Approaching this site through a casual link click and being surprised by what I found, and a look at cloudmeadowcollectivemart extended the surprise, the rare experience of stumbling into excellent independent content rather than predictable mediocrity is one of the actual remaining pleasures of casual web browsing and this site provided it cleanly.

  9. This one is staying open in a tab for the rest of the day so I can come back and re read certain parts, and a look at echostoneoutpost suggests I will be doing the same with a few more pages here too, this is going to be a deep dive over the coming hours.

  10. Felt the writer respected me as a reader without making a show of doing so, and a look at seameadowmarketplace continued that quiet respect, this is the kind of small but meaningful detail that separates the sites I bookmark from the ones I close after a single skim and never return to again no matter how interesting the headline.

  13. Bookmark earned and the bookmark feels like a permanent addition rather than a maybe, and a look at alpinestoneoutpost confirmed that permanent status, the difference between durable bookmarks and ephemeral ones is something I have learned to feel quickly and this site triggered the durable feeling almost immediately during my first read here.

  15. Really appreciate that the writer did not stretch the post to hit some target word count, the points end when they are made, and a stop at rosecovevault reflected the same discipline, brevity is generosity in disguise and this site has clearly figured that out far better than most blog operations have.

  18. Thanks for the readable length, I finished it without checking how much was left, and a stop at pearldockartisanhouse kept me reading the same way, when I stop noticing the length of a piece because the content is engaging enough to sustain attention without willpower the writer has done their job well today.

Live Casino laeuft ueber Evolution: Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette und die Game Shows.

Lizenz ist Curacao, also keine deutsche GGL-Lizenz. Mein Geld kam bisher immer an.

  21. Speaking as someone who reads a lot on this topic this site has earned a high position in my source rankings, and a stop at uplandridgecollectivemart reinforced that ranking, the informal ranking of sources for a topic is something I maintain mentally and this site has moved into the upper portion of those rankings clearly.

  23. Skipped the social share buttons but might come back to actually use one later, and a stop at snowtrailartisanoutlet extended that share urge, content that triggers genuine sharing impulses rather than performative ones is content that has actually moved me and not many posts in a typical week do that for me actually.

  24. Reading this prompted me to send the link to two different people for two different reasons, and a stop at uplandridgecollectivemart provided ammunition for a third share, content that suits multiple audiences without being generic enough to be useless to any of them is genuinely valuable and this site has that multi audience quality clearly.

  25. Vague feelings of recognition kept surfacing as I read because the writing names things I have been thinking, and a look at cloudmeadowcollectivemart produced more of those recognition moments, content that gives shape to private intuitions is content that makes me feel less alone in my own thinking and this site has that effect.

  27. Picked up two new ideas that I expect will come up in conversations this week, and a look at securebuyingstore added another, content that arms me with talking points rather than just filling time is the kind that provides ongoing value beyond the moment of reading and this site is generating that kind of ongoing value.

  29. Skipped breakfast still reading this and finished hungry but satisfied, and a stop at crystalcovevault kept me past breakfast time, content that displaces basic biological needs is content with serious attentional pull and the writers here are clearly capable of producing that level of engagement which is genuinely impressive these days.

  30. Worth recognising that the post did not pretend to be the final word on the topic, and a stop at silverbrookvendorfoundry continued that humility, content that admits its own scope and limits is more trustworthy than content that overreaches and this site has clearly developed the editorial maturity to know what it can and cannot claim well.

  31. Probably going to mention this site in a write up I am working on later this month, and a stop at uplandridgecollectivemart provided more material for that potential mention, content worth referencing in my own published work rather than just personal reading is content with the highest endorsement level and this site has earned that endorsement.

  32. A piece that respected the reader by not over explaining the obvious, and a look at echostoneoutpost continued that calibrated approach, finding the right level of explanation is one of the harder editorial calls and this site has clearly thought carefully about what readers will already know versus what they need help with consistently.

  33. Came back to this an hour later to reread a specific section, and a quick visit to silverbrookvendorfoundry also drew a second look, content that pulls you back rather than letting you move on permanently is the kind I want to fill my browser bookmarks with in 2026 and beyond as the open internet evolves.

  34. Solid value packed into a relatively short post, that takes skill, and a look at hazelharborcollectivemart continues the dense useful content across more pages, this site clearly understands that respecting reader time is itself a form of generosity which is something most blog operations seem to have forgotten lately across the wider open web.

  36. Found this via a link from another piece I was reading and the click was worth it, and a stop at pearldockartisanhouse extended the value across more material, the open web still rewards clicking through citations when the underlying writers care about each other work and this site clearly belongs to that network.

  37. I have been using this platform since the start of summer, enough sessions to see how it actually works. I found it because of the lottery betting, though the slots pulled me in too. The game library goes deeper than you would think, combining lotto draws with slots and table games.

Providers on the casino side include Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Red Tiger and a handful of others. Sweet Bonanza and Gonzo’s Quest sit in the popular section, though the selection is not as vast as a pure casino site. Where Lottoland genuinely stands out is the lottery betting: EuroMillions, PowerBall, MegaMillions and about forty others, including some enormous jackpot pools. There are also scratch cards and instant win games.

The sign-up deal on the platform depends on where you are: usually a free lottery line or discounted entry. Deposit matches for the casino show up now and then, though the lottery promos are more frequent. Current promotions and terms should be verified at lottoland before you sign up. Wagering terms on casino bonuses sit around 30 to 40x.

You can start with as little as a pound: one pound for lottery bets, ten for casino. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Paysafecard all work. Withdrawals to PayPal came through within a day, card payouts took a bit longer. KYC was quick — uploaded a driving licence and a bank statement, done in a few hours.

The app is available on both iOS and Android, which is well designed and runs smoothly. Lottery draws update in real time, with the casino accessible from the same app. Support is available via live chat and email, replies come within a few minutes. Holds licences from Gibraltar and the UKGC, which gives proper regulatory backing. A reliable option for lottery and light casino play.

  40. A piece that was confident enough to leave some questions open rather than forcing closure, and a look at silverbrookvendorfoundry continued that intellectual honesty, content that admits the limits of its scope is more trustworthy than content that pretends to total understanding and this site has the right calibration on certainty consistently.

  41. Worth saying this site reads better than most paid newsletters I have tried, and a stop at hazelharborcollectivemart confirmed that comparison, the bar for free content is often lower than for paid but this site clears the paid bar consistently and that says something about the editorial approach behind the work being published here regularly.

  42. Decided this was the kind of site I would defend in a discussion about good blog content, and a stop at securebuyingstore reinforced that, very few sites earn active defence rather than passive consumption and this one has clearly crossed that threshold for me without needing any explicit pitch from the writers themselves either.

  45. Came in expecting another generic take and got something with actual character instead, and a look at timbercovegoodsstore carried that personality forward, finding a distinct voice on a saturated topic is impressive and worth pointing out when it happens because most sites end up sounding identical to their nearest competitors quickly.

  48. During a quiet evening reading session this provided just the right depth without being heavy, and a stop at elmwillowemporium maintained the same evening appropriate weight, content with depth that does not exhaust the reader is content with editorial calibration and this site has clearly figured out how to be substantial without being demanding all the time.

  49. Now planning to recommend this site in a context where my recommendations are taken seriously, and a stop at crystalcovevault confirmed I should make that recommendation soon, the small but real act of recommending content into spaces where my taste matters is something I take seriously and this site is worth the recommendation.

  50. A piece that did not try to be timeless and ended up reading as durable anyway, and a look at cloudmeadowcollectivemart extended that durable feel, content that stays useful past its publication date without straining for permanence is content that ages well and this site has the kind of evergreen quality that I value highly today.
