Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (80/20 blend for best flavor)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Gravy
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Prepare the Hamburger Steaks
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
Form the mixture into 4-5 oval patties.
Step 3: Sear the Patties
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sear the hamburger steaks for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned. Transfer the patties to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 4: Make the Gravy
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux. Gradually whisk in the beef broth until smooth. Add Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Bring the gravy to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until thickened.
Step 5: Bake
Pour the gravy over the hamburger steaks in the baking dish. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the hamburger steaks are cooked through and tender.
Step 6: Serve
Serve the Amish Hamburger Steak Bake hot, with plenty of gravy spooned over each steak. Pair with mashed potatoes, buttered noodles, or a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
Cook Notes
- Ground Beef: Use an 80/20 blend of ground beef for the best flavor and juiciness. Leaner ground beef can result in drier patties.
- Breadcrumbs: You can use regular breadcrumbs or panko for added texture. For extra flavor, use seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Gravy Consistency: If the gravy is too thick, add a bit more beef broth to reach your desired consistency.
Variations
1. Mushroom Gravy Hamburger Steak Bake
Add 1 cup sliced mushrooms to the skillet when making the gravy for a mushroom gravy version.
2. Cheesy Hamburger Steak Bake
Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese over the hamburger steaks before pouring the gravy on top for a cheesy twist.
3. Spicy Hamburger Steak Bake
Add 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the hamburger mixture for a bit of heat.
Serving Suggestions
- Mashed Potatoes: Serve with creamy mashed potatoes to soak up the delicious gravy.
- Buttered Egg Noodles: Pair with buttered egg noodles for a comforting and satisfying meal.
- Roasted Vegetables: Add a side of roasted carrots, green beans, or broccoli for a balanced meal.

The pacing of the post was just right, never rushed and never dragged out unnecessarily, and a look at calmstonecollective maintained the same rhythm, you can tell the writer has experience because the difficult skill of pacing is something only practiced writers manage to handle well in long form content over time and across formats.
If you scroll past this site without looking carefully you will miss something, and a stop at jasperstonecourtyard extended that mild warning, the surface of the site does not advertise its quality loudly which means careful attention is required to recognise what is being offered here which is itself a kind of editorial signal.
Worth a slow read rather than the fast scan I usually default to, and a look at violetharborvault earned the same slower pace from me, content that resets my reading speed downward is content with substance worth absorbing and this site has produced that effect on me multiple times now over the last week here.
Reading this in three sittings because the day was fragmented, and the piece survived the fragmentation, and a stop at jewelstonecartemporium held up under similar reading conditions, content engineered for continuous attention is fragile in modern conditions and this site reads as durable across the realistic ways people consume content today.

Lottoland tarjoo tunnetuilta providereilta kuten Play’n GO ja Evolution, joten tutut nimikkeet on paikalla. Ite pyorittelin Sweet Bonanzaa paaasiassa ja voittoki tuli pari kertaa. Kolikkopeleja on varmaan satoja plus blackjackia ja rulettia myos. Pieni miinus — hakutoiminto on vahan kompelo, joutuu valilla selaamaan.
Live-puolelta loytyy Evolutionin livepoytia ja pelattiin Lightning Roulettea yksin illalla. Toimii hyvin mobiilissa, eika tarvi erillista appia. Bonuksista sen verran — mulle tuli talletusbonuksen plus freespinneja. Kierratys oli jotain 30x ja se on standardi. Ehdot kannattaa vilkasta kuitenkin ennen ku ottaa bonuksen.
Rahojen kotiuttaminen Lottolandista on menny mulle suht nopeesti.
Kannykalla pelaaminen onnistuu suoraan selaimessa eika tarvi ladata mitaan. Mut joo pelaan varmaan jatkossaki siella kunnes joku parempi tulee vastaan.
Worth pointing out the careful word choice in this post, no buzzwords and no jargon, and a look at embermeadowboutique continued that disciplined vocabulary, sites that resist the pull of trendy language are sites that will read well in five years and this one is clearly built for that kind of long durability.
Decided to write a short note to the author if there is contact info anywhere, and a stop at jewelstoneemporium extended that intention, the urge to thank the writer directly is a strong signal of content quality and this site has triggered that urge in me today which is a fairly rare event for my reading.
Puoi usare Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller e pure crypto. Nessun bonus no deposit purtroppo, peccato.
GO come Book of Dead.
I’ve been playing at Rolletto for about a couple of months and wanted to share what I think. Found it from a Reddit thread because I was getting bored of my usual spots. Signed up took about two minutes, just the usual details, and I deposited ?20 to start — min deposit is ?20 which is fair enough.
The welcome bonus was decent actually — it was 100% up to €500 plus 200 spins thrown in. The rollover sits at x35 and that is about average for this kind of offer. They gave the spins for Gates of Olympus I think. I’ll be honest, spins were a bit dead but the deposit match kept me going.
The lobby on Rolletto is honestly massive. You’ll find titles by Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, and Evolution handles the live stuff. I’ve been hammering Sweet Bonanza plus some BTG Megaways like White Rabbit. Probably over 3000 games in total. Live casino’s decent — the usual tables, and I got sucked into Lightning Roulette which is way too addictive. Real croupiers streaming, quality’s crisp even on mobile.
Cashing out is what I really wanted to test and so far no complaints. Tried Skrill mostly and the money came through in roughly a day. They also do crypto like BTC and other options for flexibility. You can check out the current promotions on rolletto if you’re curious. One gripe though — they took nearly a week to approve and that felt slow.
Mobile-wise, Rolletto runs fine in the browser — no app needed which I actually prefer. It’s fast and I’ve done sessions on my commute no problems. Their help team is always on via live chat and they replied in under a minute when I had a bonus question. They’re operating under a Curacao licence — not UKGC which some people might care about that.
Overall, it’s not flawless — the verification thing and the layout feels slightly cluttered in places. But there’s loads to play, I’ve had no payout dramas, and that welcome offer gave me good value. Not for everyone maybe but I’m keeping Rolletto for a while yet.

Worth flagging this site to a few specific friends who would appreciate the editorial sensibility, and a look at calmstonecollective added more pages I will mention to them, recommending sites to specific people requires understanding both the site and the person and this site is making those personalised recommendations easy and natural for me.
If patience for careful reading is rare these days finding sites that reward it is rarer still, and a stop at jasperstonecourtyard extended that rare reward, the diminishing returns on shallow content reading have made me more selective about where to spend reading time and this site is meeting the higher selectivity bar consistently.

Been playing at Revery Play for like a couple of months and figured I’d give my two cents on this. Signed up one evening out of boredom — minimum deposit was just ten quid which wasn’t bad, deposited ?50 to start and got a 100% welcome bonus up to ?500 and 150 free spins on registration. Playthrough sits at 40x which is pretty standard but not terrible either.
Game selection is pretty stacked — Revery Play has over 2500 games from studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Yggdrasil. Been grinding Book of Dead mostly — hit a decent 400x on Gates last week actually. The live dealer stuff is powered by Evolution — the game shows are addictive honestly, real croupiers and everything.
One thing I like at Revery Play is the cashout speed. I use Neteller and the payout hit my account in less than a day. You can also use crypto and other e-wallets for those who prefer it. You can browse the current promotions over at revery play before you sign up.
That said, there are a couple of gripes. Their support at Revery Play isn’t the fastest — was sitting there like 15 minutes before someone replied. And the mobile site is decent enough but navigation could be smoother versus other sites I use. No standalone app, it’s browser-only on mobile.
Still, it hasn’t put me off which says enough really. The site is regulated and feels trustworthy enough. Being UK-based this is a solid shout — just temper expectations on their customer service speed.
Thanks for sharing this with the open internet rather than locking it behind a paywall like so many sites do now, and a stop at clovercovevendorhall kept the same vibe going, generous helpful and clearly written by someone who actually wants people to learn from it rather than just charge them.
Worth marking this site as one to come back to deliberately rather than by accident, and a stop at moonbrookdistrict reinforced that intention, the difference between sites I find again by chance and sites I return to on purpose is meaningful and this one has clearly moved into the deliberate return category for me.
Glad I gave this a chance rather than scrolling past, and a stop at violetharborvault confirmed I made the right call, sometimes the best content is hidden behind unassuming headlines that do not scream for attention and learning to slow down and check those out has paid off many times now across years of reading.
During my morning reading slot this fit perfectly into the routine, and a look at clovercovevendorhall extended that perfect fit into the rest of the routine, content that matches the rhythm of how I actually read rather than demanding accommodation from my schedule is content well calibrated to its likely audience and this site has it.

Quietly the writers approach to the topic differs from the dominant takes I have been encountering, and a stop at acornharborvault extended that distinctive approach, content that maintains a different perspective without explicitly arguing against the dominant ones is content with confident editorial identity and this site has that confidence throughout pieces.
Felt the post was written for someone like me without explicitly addressing me, and a look at clovercovevendorhall produced the same fit, when content lands on its target without pandering you know the writer has done careful audience thinking rather than relying on demographic targeting or interest signals to do the work of editorial decisions.
Top tier post, the kind that makes you want to share the link with friends working in the same area, and a stop at taxtrellis only made me more confident in doing that, this site is one of the better resources I have seen on the topic recently across both new and older posts.
Closed the laptop after this and let the ideas settle for a few hours, and a stop at jewelstoneemporium similarly rewarded reflective time, content that benefits from sitting with rather than racing past is the kind I want more of and the kind that this site appears to consistently produce week after week here.

Appreciated that the writer trusted the reader to follow along without constant restating of earlier points, and a look at calmstonecollective continued that respect for the reader, treating an audience as capable adults rather than as people to be hand held through every paragraph is something I notice and value highly across the open internet today.

Now feeling the post has earned a proper recommendation rather than a casual mention, and a stop at moonbrookdistrict reinforced the recommendation strength, the difference between mentioning and recommending is a small editorial distinction I observe in my own conversations and this site has earned the upgraded recommendation level from me confidently today.
Now considering whether the post would translate well into a different form, and a look at jasperstonecourtyard suggested similar versatility, content that could move into other media without losing its substance is content that has been built around ideas rather than around format and this site reads as idea first throughout posts.

Saving the link for sure, this one is a keeper, and a look at gildedwillowmarketplace confirmed I should bookmark the entire site rather than just this page, the consistency across what I have seen so far suggests there is a lot more here worth coming back for soon when I have more time.
Approaching this site through a casual link click and being surprised by what I found, and a look at jewelstonecartemporium extended the surprise, the rare experience of stumbling into excellent independent content rather than predictable mediocrity is one of the actual remaining pleasures of casual web browsing and this site provided it cleanly.
