Slow Cooker Apple Kielbasa Bites are a perfect sweet and savory appetizer that’s easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a flavorful dish that’s perfect for parties, game day, or any gathering. The kielbasa is cooked in a delicious apple-based sauce that infuses it with a wonderful balance of sweetness and tang.

Table of Contents

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups apple jelly
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Sauce

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the apple jelly, barbecue sauce, Dijon mustard, ground cinnamon, and ground ginger. Whisk until well blended and smooth.

Step 2: Add Ingredients to the Slow Cooker

  1. Place the sliced kielbasa in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Pour the prepared apple sauce mixture over the kielbasa, making sure all pieces are evenly coated.

Step 3: Cook the Kielbasa Bites

  1. Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours or on high heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking and coating.

Step 4: Serve

  1. Once the kielbasa bites are heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly, switch the slow cooker to the “warm” setting.
  2. Serve the Apple Kielbasa Bites directly from the slow cooker or transfer them to a serving dish. Enjoy with toothpicks for easy serving!

Cooking Tips & Notes

  • Sauce Consistency: If you prefer a thicker sauce, remove the lid during the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow some of the liquid to evaporate.
  • Apple Jelly: Apple jelly adds a lovely sweetness to the dish, but you can also substitute it with apricot or pineapple jelly for a different flavor.
  • Stirring: Stir the kielbasa bites occasionally to ensure even coating and prevent any pieces from sticking to the slow cooker.

Variations

  • Spicy Apple Kielbasa Bites: Add 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce for a hint of heat.
  • Honey Mustard Kielbasa: Substitute the apple jelly with honey and increase the Dijon mustard for a tangy honey mustard flavor.
  • Beer-Infused Version: Add 1/2 cup of your favorite beer to the sauce mixture for an extra layer of depth and flavor.
  • Vegetarian Option: Use vegetarian sausage or plant-based kielbasa to make a meat-free version of this appetizer.

  40. Been reading this board for a while, but I figured I would share my short checklist for choosing a casino site. After getting burned once or twice I stopped trusting the big banners.

First thing is the licence: see which authority is listed in the footer, because some sites quietly block certain regions. Next come deposits and withdrawals: card, e-wallets and bank transfer should all be there, and the withdrawal limits need to be written clearly.

Bonuses are the tricky part. Wagering of 35x or 40x is normal, and some games count less towards it. A decent independent write-up with the current terms is worth a read here smash casino and it saved me some time.

I play almost only on my phone, so I check how the lobby works on a small screen. Test the live chat before depositing: if they answer in a couple of minutes that is a good sign.

Anyway, that is my routine. Treat it as entertainment, not income.

  48. Been reading this board for a while, but I figured I would share my short checklist for choosing a casino site. After a few bad experiences I stopped going by ads alone.

I always start with licensing: see which authority is listed in the footer, and if your country is on the allowed list. Then payments: I want at least one fast e-wallet option, and there should be no weird fees on cashouts.

The welcome offer is where most people get caught. Anything above 40x rollover is a red flag for me, and live tables often do not count at all. A useful overview with bonus rules, app info and payment methods can be found here oficjalna strona and it saved me some time.

Most of my sessions are on mobile, and if there is an app I make sure it comes from the official page. Ask support one simple question first: slow or scripted answers usually mean trouble later.

Hope this helps someone. Only play with money you can afford to lose.

Never judge a site by the bonus alone. Read the wagering and the max bet rule, and live tables often do not count at all. A good recent review that covers all of this is here play at Rolletto and it saved me some time.

Most of my sessions are on mobile, and a good site loads fast and does not log you out every five minutes. Support matters too: slow or scripted answers usually mean trouble later.
