Let’s get cooking!

Table of Contents

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (80% lean)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ground Beef

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the Beef: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Shape and Cook: Press the seasoned ground beef into an even layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

Step 2: Assemble the Sliders

  1. Drain and Top with Bacon and Cheese: Carefully drain any excess grease from the baking dish. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the cooked beef and place the slices of cheddar cheese on top, overlapping slightly if needed.
  2. Melt the Cheese: Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Step 3: Build the Sliders

  1. Prepare the Buns: While the cheese is melting, slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves of the buns in a separate baking dish or on a baking sheet.
  2. Assemble: Once the cheese is melted, carefully transfer the beef patty from the baking dish and place it on top of the bottom halves of the slider buns. Add the top halves of the buns.
  3. Brush with Butter: Brush the tops of the slider buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  4. Bake: Place the assembled sliders in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the buns are toasted and golden brown.

Step 4: Serve

  1. Serve: Remove the sliders from the oven, and if desired, drizzle with ketchup and mustard. Serve warm and enjoy!

Cook’s Notes and Tips

  • Don’t Overmix: When mixing the ground beef, avoid overmixing as it can make the beef tough.
  • Cheese Options: Feel free to use other types of cheese, such as American, Swiss, or pepper jack, to suit your taste.
  • Make Ahead: You can cook the beef patty and bacon ahead of time, then assemble and bake the sliders when ready to serve.

Variations

  • BBQ Bacon Sliders: Add a layer of barbecue sauce between the beef and cheese for a smoky, sweet twist.
  • Jalapeño Sliders: Add sliced jalapeños on top of the beef before adding the cheese for a spicy kick.
  • Turkey Sliders: Use ground turkey instead of beef for a lighter version of these sliders.

Serving Suggestions

  • Side Dishes: Serve with crispy French fries, sweet potato fries, or a simple side salad for a complete meal.
  • Dipping Sauces: Provide a variety of dipping sauces like ranch, barbecue sauce, or spicy mayo for extra flavor.
  • Pickles: Serve with dill pickles on the side for a tangy contrast to the rich flavors of the sliders.

  1. Liked the way the post handled the final paragraph, no neat bow but no abrupt cutoff either, and a stop at alpinestoneoutpost continued that thoughtful ending pattern, endings are hard and most blog writers either over engineer them or skip them entirely and this site has clearly figured out a sustainable middle approach.

  30. Will share this on a forum I am part of where it will be appreciated by others working in the same area, and a look at flintstonegalleria suggests there is more here worth passing along too, definitely a generous resource that deserves a wider audience than it probably has today across the open internet.

  35. Now I want to find more sites like this but I suspect they are rare, and a look at hazelharborcollectivemart extended that thought, the few sites that meet this quality bar are precious specifically because they are rare and finding others like them is one of the ongoing projects of careful internet curation across the years.

  37. I have been using Lottoland Casino since the start of summer, enough sessions to see how it actually works. Originally came for the lottery side, and then discovered the casino section. The gaming section goes deeper than you would think, mixing lottery betting with standard casino games.

Providers on the casino side include Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Red Tiger and a handful of others. Sweet Bonanza and Gonzo’s Quest sit in the popular section, though the total count is lower than a standalone casino. The real draw is the lottery product: EuroMillions, PowerBall, MegaMillions and about forty others, including some enormous jackpot pools. There are also scratch cards and instant win games.

The welcome offer at Lottoland varies by region: usually a free lottery line or discounted entry. The casino side gets its own promotions from time to time, though the lottery promos are more frequent. Current promotions and terms can be found at lottoland casino before placing your first bet. Playthrough on the casino side is in the standard range.

You can start with as little as a pound: lottery entries start from a pound. Payment methods include cards, PayPal and prepaid options. PayPal payouts landed quickly, card payouts took a bit longer. Document check went smoothly — ID check passed on the first attempt.

The app is available on both iOS and Android, and the interface is clean. Draw results appear as they happen, and the casino games play fine on mobile too. Customer service responds on chat, response times are reasonable. Holds licences from Gibraltar and the UKGC, so there is genuine oversight. A reliable option for lottery and light casino play.

  39. Thanks for putting in the work to make this approachable, plenty of sites cover the same ground but most do it badly, and a quick visit to rainharborcollective confirmed this one stands apart, simple language and useful examples without anyone trying to sell me anything along the way which I really appreciated.
