Table of Contents

Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup warm water
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Add the Greek yogurt and warm water. Stir until a dough begins to form.
2. Knead the Dough: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 3-4 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, 1 tablespoon at a time.
3. Rest the Dough: Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20-30 minutes. This will make it easier to roll out.
4. Divide and Roll: After resting, divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then use a rolling pin to roll each ball into a circle or oval about 1/4 inch thick.
5. Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Set aside.
6. Cook the Flatbread: Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Place one rolled-out flatbread onto the hot skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until bubbles start to form and the bottom is golden brown. Flip the flatbread and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Brush with Garlic Butter: Remove the cooked flatbread from the skillet and immediately brush with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
8. Repeat: Repeat the process with the remaining dough portions.

Tips for Perfect Garlic and Butter Flatbread

• Rest the Dough: Letting the dough rest helps relax the gluten, making it easier to roll out and resulting in a softer flatbread.
• Use a Hot Skillet: Make sure your skillet is hot before adding the flatbread. This ensures a nice golden-brown color and a fluffy texture.
• Brush Immediately: Brushing the flatbread with garlic butter as soon as it comes off the skillet helps the butter soak in and enhances the flavor.

Recipe Variations

• Cheese-Stuffed Flatbread: Add a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese to the dough before rolling it out for a cheesy twist.
• Herb Flatbread: Add 1 teaspoon of dried oregano or thyme to the dough for extra herb flavor.
• Spicy Garlic Flatbread: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture for a bit of heat.

19. Been playing at Revery Play Casino for a few months now, so I have a fair idea of how it runs. Came across it while looking for a new UK casino, mainly because the bonus terms elsewhere were ridiculous. The Revery Play lobby covers the main bases, combining slots with a respectable live section.

Software comes from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming. Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus are front and centre, although the Megaways games are my go-to. Evolution handles the live dealer area, so Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time, blackjack and baccarat. Tables are staffed day and night, although peak hours can be crowded.

The introductory package here offers a matched deposit plus spins. Wagering is 35x, which is reasonable for a UK facing site. Current offers and promo codes are listed at reveryplay before you commit funds. Cashback and free spin drops appear regularly.

You can start from a tenner. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Paysafecard go through smoothly. E-wallet cashouts came through same day, debit card payouts were the usual two to three days. Document check was straightforward — passed on the first attempt.

Mobile is browser based and it runs well. There is no native app to install, which honestly suits me. Customer service is available around the clock and the agents are helpful. Licence is Curacao, meaning no UK Gambling Commission oversight. The main thing is withdrawals have been honoured.

25. Signed up with Revery Play for a few months now, enough time to see the patterns. A mate at work mentioned it, mainly because the bonus terms elsewhere were ridiculous. The catalogue at Revery Play is decent, combining slots with a respectable live section.

Providers include Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming. The usual suspects sit at the top, though I spend more time on the newer releases. The live tables run on Evolution, which covers roulette, blackjack and the wheel games. English speaking dealers around the clock, but low stake tables get busy in the evening.

The introductory package here comes with a deposit match and a batch of free spins. Wagering is 35x, which is reasonable for a UK facing site. Current offers and promo codes are listed at revery play before you commit funds. They run ongoing promotions beyond the welcome deal.

The floor is ten pounds. The standard UK payment methods are accepted. Withdrawals to PayPal landed within a day, card withdrawals took two to three working days. Verification was the standard KYC — driving licence and a utility bill, cleared in a few hours.

I use the mobile site on my phone and it runs well. No app needed, which I prefer anyway. The chat team replies within minutes and the agents are helpful. They hold a Curacao licence, so be aware of that going in. Payouts have always come through for me.
