Ingredients

For Baked Tapioca Pudding

  • 1/2 cup small pearl tapioca
  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional, for topping)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Tapioca

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the tapioca pearls with 2 cups of water. Let soak for 30 minutes, then drain.

Step 2: Cook the Tapioca

  1. Add the soaked tapioca pearls to a saucepan with the whole milk and heavy cream.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture comes to a gentle boil and the tapioca pearls are tender, about 10-15 minutes.

Step 3: Make the Custard

  1. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. Gradually add about 1/2 cup of the hot tapioca mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly to temper the eggs.
  3. Slowly pour the tempered egg mixture back into the saucepan with the tapioca, stirring constantly to combine.

Step 4: Bake the Pudding

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pour the tapioca mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle the top with ground nutmeg, if desired.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pudding is set and the top is lightly golden.

Step 5: Cool and Serve

  1. Allow the baked tapioca pudding to cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving. It can be served warm or chilled, depending on your preference.

Cook Notes & Tips

  • Stirring: Stir frequently while cooking the tapioca to prevent the pearls from sticking to the bottom of the saucepan.
  • Tempering the Eggs: Slowly add the hot tapioca mixture to the eggs to avoid scrambling them. This step helps to create a smooth, creamy pudding.
  • Serving Options: Baked tapioca pudding is delicious on its own, but you can also serve it with a dollop of whipped cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce for extra indulgence.

Variations

  • Coconut Tapioca Pudding: Replace 1 cup of whole milk with coconut milk for a tropical twist.
  • Lemon Tapioca Pudding: Add 1 teaspoon of lemon zest to the custard mixture for a hint of citrus flavor.
  • Spiced Tapioca Pudding: Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon along with the nutmeg for a warm, spiced version.

Kundenservice spricht Deutsch Antworten kommen zuegig. Reguliert wird ueber Curacao, also keine deutsche GGL-Lizenz. Mein Geld kam bisher immer an.

  19. Been messing about at Trino Casino for about four months now, mainly late at night, so take this for what it’s worth. Registered after a mate’s recommendation, and sign-up took about two minutes — just email and a password, though you do need ID later, which is normal.

The library is genuinely big — around 3,500 games by my rough count. Pragmatic dominates, so expect the usual — Sweet Bonanza pinned to the popular tab. Play’n GO brings Book of Dead and Reactoonz, and there’s a decent chunk of NetEnt and Microgaming in there too. My go-to is the Megaways section if I’ve got the bankroll for it.

The bonus on Trino Casino is 100% up to ?500 plus 200 free spins, spread over a few deposits. Wagering is 35x on the bonus, which is neither great nor awful. Minimum sits at ?20. They also run a small no deposit thing sometimes — it’s not always live, so it’s worth a check the latest offers over on trino casino if you’re keen.

Payouts are the bit I care about most, and here Trino has been fine. Pulled out a few hundred to Neteller a fortnight ago and it landed the same evening. Cards are there, e-wallets are quicker, and they take Bitcoin and a couple of altcoins for anyone who bothers. My gripe: card withdrawals dragged on for nearly a week the first time.

Live chat is 24/7 and the people there actually read what you write, but the first reply can take a while on a Saturday night. Live dealer is all Evolution, so real croupiers, decent table limits for UK players, and Crazy Time for the game-show crowd — I don’t, much. No app, only the mobile site, and it works fine on my Pixel though sometimes forgets my filters.

  31. I’ve been playing at Trino Casino for a good few months, mainly in the evenings, so read this as a regular player’s take. Registered because of a random Twitter post, and sign-up took under five minutes — just email and a password, although they did want ID later, which is normal.

Game selection is genuinely big — roughly 3,000+ slots and tables by my rough count. Pragmatic takes up a lot of space, so you get the usual — Gates of Olympus front and centre. Play’n Go supplies Book of Dead, and there’s a fair chunk of NetEnt, Yggdrasil and Big Time Gaming in there too. I tend to live in high-volatility slots when I’ve got patience.

The bonus on Trino Casino was 100% up to ?500 plus 200 free spins, spread over the first couple of deposits. Wagering is 35x on the bonus, and that’s fair enough by 2026 standards. Minimum is a tenner. There’s a no-deposit spins offer now and then — it comes and goes, so you can see the live promos at trino casino apk before you commit.

Cashouts are honestly the part that matters, and on this front Trino has been fine. Withdrew ?420 to Skrill a fortnight ago and it cleared next morning. Debit cards work, e-wallets are quicker, and they take Bitcoin and a couple of altcoins for anyone who bothers. What did wind me up: bank transfers dragged on for nearly a week the first time.

Support is 24/7 and the agents answered properly, though getting a human took a good quarter of an hour during peak hours. Live dealer is all Evolution, so actual dealers, decent table limits for UK players, and Crazy Time if you like the game show stuff — not my thing but my girlfriend loves it. No app, only a browser version, which works fine on my Pixel though sometimes forgets my filters.

Game selection is pretty huge — somewhere north of 3,000 titles by my rough count. Pragmatic dominates, so you get the usual — Gates of Olympus sitting right at the top. Play’n Go supplies Book of Dead and Reactoonz, and there’s a decent chunk of NetEnt, Yggdrasil and Big Time Gaming knocking about. I mostly stick to the Megaways section when I’ve got a bit of budget to burn.

The bonus at Trino Casino was 100% to ?500 with 200 spins, spread over the first couple of deposits. Wagering is 35x, which is about average, not amazing. Minimum sits at ?10. They also run a no-deposit spins offer if you sign up to emails — it’s not always live, so you can see the live promos at trino casino rather than trusting my numbers.

Cashouts are honestly the part that matters, and on this front Trino Casino has behaved. Pulled out ?420 to Skrill a fortnight ago and it landed next morning. Live chat is 24/7 and the agents answered properly, though the first reply can take ten minutes on a Saturday night. The live section is all Evolution, so real croupiers, proper table limits for UK players, plus Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if you like the game show stuff — not my thing but my girlfriend loves it. There’s no dedicated app, just a browser version, which loads quick enough but occasionally logs me out mid-spin.
