Ingredients

  • 1 can of Pringles (any flavor)
  • Pepperoni slices

Steps

Step 1: Preparing the Pringles

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Take the Pringles out of the can and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are evenly spread out to allow for even cooking.

Step 2: Adding the Pepperoni

Place one pepperoni slice on top of each Pringle chip. You can use as many or as few slices as you like, depending on your preference.

Step 3: Baking

Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes or until the pepperoni is crispy and the Pringles have slightly softened.

Step 4: Cooling and Serving

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the pizza chips cool for a few minutes. This will allow them to become even crispier.

Keto and Low Carb Variations

If you’re following a keto or low-carb diet, you can easily modify this recipe to fit your needs. Instead of using regular Pringles, opt for the low-carb or keto-friendly versions available in stores. These chips are usually made with alternative flours such as almond or coconut flour, making them a suitable choice for those watching their carb intake.

Additionally, you can substitute the regular pepperoni with turkey pepperoni or even thinly sliced vegetables like zucchini or bell peppers for a healthier twist. The key is to be creative and experiment with flavors that align with your dietary preferences.

Tips

  • Feel free to get creative with your toppings! Add some shredded cheese, diced onions, or even a sprinkle of dried oregano to enhance the pizza flavor.
  • Make sure to check the Pringles and pepperoni frequently while baking to prevent them from burning.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container to maintain their crispiness.

Conclusion

With just two simple ingredients, you can create a delightful snack that satisfies your pizza cravings. These 2-ingredient pizza chips are quick to make and bursting with flavor. Whether you’re enjoying them as an afternoon snack or serving them at a party, they are sure to be a hit. Give this recipe a try and let your taste buds be delighted!
