Table of Contents

Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup warm water
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Add the Greek yogurt and warm water. Stir until a dough begins to form.
2. Knead the Dough: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 3-4 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, 1 tablespoon at a time.
3. Rest the Dough: Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20-30 minutes. This will make it easier to roll out.
4. Divide and Roll: After resting, divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then use a rolling pin to roll each ball into a circle or oval about 1/4 inch thick.
5. Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Set aside.
6. Cook the Flatbread: Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Place one rolled-out flatbread onto the hot skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until bubbles start to form and the bottom is golden brown. Flip the flatbread and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Brush with Garlic Butter: Remove the cooked flatbread from the skillet and immediately brush with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
8. Repeat: Repeat the process with the remaining dough portions.

Tips for Perfect Garlic and Butter Flatbread

• Rest the Dough: Letting the dough rest helps relax the gluten, making it easier to roll out and resulting in a softer flatbread.
• Use a Hot Skillet: Make sure your skillet is hot before adding the flatbread. This ensures a nice golden-brown color and a fluffy texture.
• Brush Immediately: Brushing the flatbread with garlic butter as soon as it comes off the skillet helps the butter soak in and enhances the flavor.

Recipe Variations

• Cheese-Stuffed Flatbread: Add a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese to the dough before rolling it out for a cheesy twist.
• Herb Flatbread: Add 1 teaspoon of dried oregano or thyme to the dough for extra herb flavor.
• Spicy Garlic Flatbread: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture for a bit of heat.

12. Signed up at Lottoland for about four months, so I have had enough time to form a real opinion. A friend recommended it for the lotto products, and then discovered the casino section. The Lottoland catalogue goes deeper than you would think, combining lotto draws with slots and table games.

Providers on the casino side include Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution and Nolimit City. Gates of Olympus and Starburst are both here, though the selection is not as vast as a pure casino site. What makes it different is the lotto side: you can bet on the outcome of dozens of international lotteries, including some enormous jackpot pools. Instant win titles round things off.

The sign-up deal at Lottoland varies by region: usually a free lottery line or discounted entry. The casino side gets its own promotions from time to time, though the lottery promos are more frequent. The live bonus details should be verified at lottoland casino before you sign up. Rollover requirements are typical for the industry.

You can start with as little as a pound: lottery entries start from a pound. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Paysafecard all work. Withdrawals to PayPal came through within a day, card withdrawals were two to three days. Verification was straightforward — passport photo cleared within the day.

The app is available on both iOS and Android, and it loads quickly. Lottery draws update in real time, and the casino games play fine on mobile too. Support is available via live chat and email, wait times are short. Dual licensed, Gibraltar and UK, meaning real consumer protection. Overall a solid platform.
