2 pounds of fresh or frozen chicken wings (thawed if frozen)
1 cup of your favorite wing sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup of honey (optional)
Instructions
Plug in your slow cooker and set it to low heat.
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Place the chicken wings directly into the slow cooker. Pour the wing sauce over the wings.
Gently toss the wings in the sauce to ensure they are thoroughly coated.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and let the wings cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
Check that the internal temperature of the wings has reached at least 165°F (75°C).
