  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Take about a tablespoon of the meat mixture and place it in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water, then fold it over to create a triangle. Press the edges to seal the meatball securely.
  3. Choose your preferred cooking method. For steaming, arrange the wonton meatballs in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper and steam for about 10-12 minutes until cooked through. For pan-frying, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the meatballs, and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
