  1. Prepare the Fruits: Wash all the fruits thoroughly under cold running water. Dice the pineapple into bite-sized pieces, halve the grapes, hull and slice the strawberries, and segment the orange. Combine all the fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Toast the Nuts: In a dry skillet over medium heat, add the chopped pecans or walnuts. Toast for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden and fragrant.
  3. Make the Dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness or acidity as desired.
  4. Combine Everything: Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture. Add the toasted nuts and shredded coconut. Gently fold the ingredients together.
