2 cups of warm water
2 teaspoons of active dry yeast
3 tablespoons of sugar
4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes, or until the yeast is activated and foamy.
Add the flour, salt, and melted butter to the bowl. Mix the ingredients together until a sticky dough forms.
Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic. You can use a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment or knead the dough by hand.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
