Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic, egg, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix the ingredients together with your hands or a wooden spoon until just combined.
Divide the meat mixture evenly among 6-8 muffin cups, depending on the size of your muffin pan.
