1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Slice the flank steak or sirloin against the grain into thin strips.
In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil and sauté the minced garlic and ginger for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
In your slow cooker, combine the sliced beef, bell peppers, onion, sautéed garlic, and ginger. Stir gently to ensure even distribution of flavors.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, brown sugar, black pepper, and sesame oil until blended. Pour this mixture over the beef and vegetables in the slow cooker.
Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
Once cooked, stir the mixture gently before serving. Serve over a bed of cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
