Cheesy Chicken Rolls

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended and creamy.
  3. Open the package of crescent roll dough and carefully unroll it onto a clean surface. Pinch together the seams of the dough to create a solid sheet.
  4. Using a spoon, place a generous tablespoon of the chicken filling at the wider end of each crescent roll triangle.
  5. Starting from the wider end, gently roll the dough towards the pointed end, encasing the filling. Place each roll seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning evenly over the top of each roll.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
