  1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker, evenly spaced for even cooking.
  2. Pour the cup of barbecue sauce over the chicken, ensuring every piece is well-covered.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shreddable.
  4. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix with the remaining barbecue sauce.
  5. About 20 minutes before serving, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the slow cooker with the shredded chicken and barbecue sauce, stirring to combine.
  7. Allow the mixture to heat through for an additional 5 minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley or green onions.
