Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the breakfast sausage. Cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary and set aside.
Prepare the Casserole Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, softened cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well until evenly coated.
Make the Egg Mixture: In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
