2 packs of Ritz crackers (approximately 20-24 crackers per pack)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced ham or turkey
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Optional toppings: fresh herbs, sliced cucumbers or tomatoes, olives
Instructions
Prepare your savory sandwich fillings by mixing the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced ham or turkey, green onions, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
Mix until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Spread a generous amount of the filling onto a Ritz cracker and top with another cracker.
