Oven-Baked Chicken Madison is a delightful, easy-to-make dish that presents everything you love about comfort food in a simple, four-ingredient format. This recipe shines with its savory flavors and tender baked chicken, making it an ideal option for weeknight dinners or a cozy meal for two.
1 cup of your favorite savory marinade (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably seasoned)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours if time permits.
Grease a baking dish with a bit of olive oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Place it in the prepared baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Generously sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
Once baked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
