A delightful recipe that elevates simple ingredients into a beautiful, savory dish. This innovative take on baked potatoes combines the crispy edges with a tender, fluffy interior.
Ingredients
Scale:
4 large Potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin, even slices about 1/8 inch thick.
In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes with olive oil and salt, tossing gently to coat.
Using a greased bundt pan or a specialized potato ring mold, layer the potato slices starting from the outer edge and working inward, overlapping each slice slightly.
Bake the potato ring mold in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
Allow the ring to cool for a few minutes before carefully removing it from the mold. Serve warm.
