- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Chopped fresh parsley or chives (optional for garnish)
- Grated cheese (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes, and drain excess fat.
- Lower the heat and add the softened cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring until melted and well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
- Place about a tablespoon of the beef and cream cheese mixture at the wider end of each triangle, roll tightly, and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown, watching closely.
- Garnish with parsley or chives if desired, and serve warm.
