1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, and cocoa powder. Stir until well mixed.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter and honey together, stirring constantly until smooth.
Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
If using, fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the mixture into the prepared dish.
