  1. In a bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Place the ribeye steaks in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat, approximately 450°F (232°C).
  4. After marinating, remove the steaks from the marinade and pat them dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil over both sides and season generously with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried rosemary.
  5. Place the steaks on the hot grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
