Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) container of sour cream
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of frozen corn kernels, thawed
1/2 cup of diced onion
1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped fresh cilantro, diced tomatoes, or diced avocado for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add the frozen corn kernels, diced onion, diced bell pepper, and diced jalapeno pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until smooth.
Transfer the dip to a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm, garnished with chopped fresh cilantro, diced tomatoes, or diced avocado if desired.
