  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer to beat the mixture on medium speed until it becomes light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in the chocolate cream filling. Ensure it's well combined but still has a lovely creamy texture.
  3. In a rectangular baking dish (approximately 9x13 inches), lay a layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Evenly spread a generous layer of the cream filling over the graham crackers. Use a spatula to smooth it out.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the filling. Repeat the filling process until you've used up all the filling, finishing with a layer of graham crackers.
  6. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
