- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine blackberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add milk and melted butter, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the blackberry mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, then dollop the cobbler topping over it.
