Easy Beef and Noodle Stir-Fry

  1. Cook the egg noodles or rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and sugar until well combined. Set aside.
  3. In a large wok or skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Add the sliced beef to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes or until the beef is browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
  5. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring quickly. Then, add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return the cooked beef to the wok. Pour in the sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add the cooked noodles to the wok. Toss everything together for another minute until heated through.
  8. Remove from heat and transfer the stir-fry to serving plates. Garnish with optional toppings.
