1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C).
Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. Slice the apples into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer.
