1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
1 cup carrots, grated
1 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, or green), diced
1 cup corn, fresh or canned (drained)
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
½ cup red onion, finely chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
½ cup ranch dressing
¼ cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, grated carrots, diced bell peppers, corn, black beans, red onion, and cilantro. Mix gently to distribute the colors evenly.
