Ingredients
Scale:
1 pound refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups homemade marinara sauce (or store-bought)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves (optional) for garnish
Additional grated Parmesan cheese (optional) for garnish
Instructions
Prepare your ingredients. If using frozen ravioli, ensure they are thawed.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning blend, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of your slow cooker to prevent sticking.
Layer half of the ravioli over the marinara sauce in the slow cooker.
Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli, then layer one-third of the mozzarella cheese on top.
Repeat the layering process: add another layer of ravioli, the remaining ricotta mixture, and another third of the mozzarella cheese.
Finish with a final layer of ravioli, pouring the remaining marinara sauce over the top, and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
Once cooked, turn off the slow cooker and let the lasagna sit for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
