A creamy, flavorful dip made with artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese. Perfect for summer gatherings and parties.

1 (14.5 oz) can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the dip to a 9x13 inch baking dish or a small cast-iron skillet.
Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it's hot and bubbly.
Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the dip with tortilla chips, pita bread, or vegetables, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley or cilantro if desired.
