  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 10-cup Bundt pan thoroughly with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Then, mix in the vanilla extract.
  6. Add the mashed ripe bananas to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
