- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, add the ground sausage and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix in cayenne pepper and diced onions if desired.
