Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in the dried oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine the flavors.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and beef mixture to the creamy sauce, stirring until evenly coated.
  8. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  9. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese, followed by the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
