4 large hot dogs (beef or pork)
4 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite cheese that melts well)
8 slices of bacon (thick-cut)

Instructions
Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
Using a sharp knife, carefully slice a pocket into each hot dog lengthwise, making sure not to cut all the way through.
Insert a slice of cheese into the pocket of each hot dog.
