24 ounces of marinara sauce (or your favorite spaghetti sauce)
15 ounces of ricotta cheese
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Coat the bottom of your slow cooker with a thin layer of marinara sauce to prevent sticking.
Spread half of the broken lasagna noodles evenly over the sauce.
Spoon half of the ricotta cheese over the noodles, spreading it gently.
Pour half of your marinara sauce over the ricotta layer.
Repeat the process with the remaining lasagna noodles, ricotta, and marinara sauce, finishing with a layer of marinara sauce on top.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the final layer of sauce.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
Once cooked, allow the lasagna to sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
