Instructions

- Rinse the pork tenderloin under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, and dried herbs to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade generously over the pork tenderloin, coating all sides evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Transfer the marinated tenderloin to a baking dish, ensuring there is space around it.
